Return and Exchange Policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!
We offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Refunds do not include any to or from shipping costs incurred by the customer.
To initiate a return or exchange, please email email@example.com and let us know if we can trouble shoot the issue.
There are also no returns to refunds on custom weaving work.
